Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and specifically reserved for you. I completely understand that life happens and we are all human. I ask that all clients be respectful of my time and business and give me at least a 24-hour notice of any cancellations.
Cancellations: If for some reason you have to cancel and you give me a 24-hour notice and reschedule, there will be absolutely no charge! If the cancellation is less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 25%.
No-Shows: I respectfully ask all clients to contact me directly if they have to cancel. If you choose to forgo your appointment without any notice, I will charge 50% of the scheduled services for a no-show. All no-shows will result in no longer having the ability to book services moving forward.
